This year we expanded our vegetable growing to three gardens, about 1/8 of an acre in total.
New Hampshire has a short growing season, so we try to expand it as well as we can.
One of our gardens is behind our house, sitting around our trampoline. We'll be terracing
behind our house to make room for new gardens.

We start our seeds inside a couple of months before they can be transplanted. We also built a greenhouse. Many of the seeds are organic, some are heirloom. We're also trying to save seeds, but that's not as easy as it might seem

We can grow all sorts of vegetables, from the standard tomatoes, peppers, and peas, to broccoli,
artichokes, and melons.
